I've been searching since 1996 for my GGG grandfather's parents and all I've found is a weak connection without any proof. If there are any Tankersley viewing this help me !

The weak unproven link is to a Mary/Polly TANKERSLEY b.1797 married to an Unknown BURGESS. The situation has also happened in reverse a Jonathan BURGESS married to a Mary/Polly UNKNOWN. Alas, I can't prove it one way or the other.
